NYC Man Found Guilty Of Plotting Wife’s Murder With Lover

A Brooklyn man accused of staging his wife’s shooting death in front of their 2-year-old son has been found guilty of her 2011 murder.

Kashif Parvaiz, 30, faces life in prison after a New Jersey jury’s verdict Thursday for the callous killing that was found to be carried out by his secret lover.

Nazish Noorani, 27, was walking with her husband and their youngest of two sons outside her parent’s Boonton, N.J., home after a Ramadan dinner when a car pulled up and opened fire.

The young mother, an immigrant from Pakistan, was shot dead in the Aug. 16 attack while her Pakistani-American husband escaped with a minor but intentional wound in an attempt to make him appear innocent, authorities said.

Parvaiz at the time told investigators that the attack may have been a hate crime with it having been pulled off by a group of men who called themselves terrorists.

Their 2-year-old escaped physically uninjured but like his older brother, who was age 5 at the time, horrifically lost the life of his mother.

“Nothing will ever restore Nazish to her family. As her two young children grow up, they will never have their mother by their side. Her family, and most especially her siblings, will never see her again. This verdict, however, demonstrates to all of her loved ones that justice has been served,” Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp said Thursday.

Before deciding to snuff his wife out, prosecutors said Noorani paid two black magic companies at least $4,500 for help getting her to leave him, kill herself or disappear, North Jersey reported.

They in turn were to allegedly perform spells and prayers in his favor.

The dark deal apparently worked when Antoinette Stephen agreed to help carry out Noorani’s murder while having an affair with her back-stabbing husband.

Parvaiz was convicted of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, endangering the welfare of a child, child abuse, hindering apprehension by lying to police and weapons charges.

Stephen previously pleaded guilty to firing the fatal shots and faces a minimum of 30 years in prison.
