This is absolutely one tasty recipe your family will love this weekend.
You’ll Need
410 g beans (cooked and mashed)
660 g white flesh sweet potato (cooked and mashed)
2 medium tomatoes (blended)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 dl coconut milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 dl water.
How to prepare
In a deep cooking pot, fry onion until very soft. Add tomatoes and coconut milk. Allow to cook for 10 minutes and add oregano. Stir and leave to cook for extra 2 minutes. Add the mashed potatoes and stir everything, including the mashed beans, together into a thick creamy texture. Turn off heat and serve warm.
