LOL: See What Happened to Ghanaian Couple Who Dared to Pound Fufu on 7th Floor in Amsterdam

Two ‘loyal’ Ghanaian couple living in Amsterdam who craved homemade fufu and soup and resorted to pounding in their flat located on the 7th floor reportedly got a shocker when they were arrested for constituting a nuisance.

ScrewLife reports the couple living at Bijlmer Arena in Amsterdam, were tired of eating the Neat Fufu available abroad which tasted nothing like the actual pounded fufu they enjoyed back home. So, after many years of struggling to eat Neat Fufu and their Prekese soup, they managed to bring fufu Mortar and Pestle via KLM to Amsterdam during a recent visit to Ghana.

Around 10pm last week after they returned from work, they started their fufu pounding in their flat on the 7^th floor. Unfortunately, according to police sources, about 15 neighbours who felt disturbed by the heavy pounding kept calling to report the nuisance. Police stormed their apartment just as they were ready to relish the meal and they were arrested.

A warning was not enough because they had already been warned 3 times; twice for playing loud Amakye Dede songs at night and once for unnecessary car beeping when they drive pass their friends.

The couple reportedly begged the police to allow them to at least finish eating their fufu and Prekese soup to no avail. They face a short prison sentence and fine when charged to court soon.
