1. Massage

It will be a worthy investment if you spent time and money in getting a therapeutic massage. Engage the service of a professional massage therapist who is specialised in prenatal massage. This will offer you a quiet, relaxing and pleasurable experience. Besides comfort, prenatal massage has its physiological benefits which improves blood circulation and oxygenation, reduces swelling, relieves aches and helps you sleep better.

2. Lavish Bath Soak.

Pamper yourself with a relaxing aromatherapy bath. Mix two drops of oil of neroli, lemon, and lavender with six teaspoons of apricot kernel or sweet almond oil. Add to a warm bath tub and soak away your worries. Do not soak longer than ten minutes.
