Victory For Chris Brown as He Wins Custody Lawsuit Filed By His Baby Mama

It is a moment of victory for American singer Chris Brown who just scored a legal victory after a California judge ruled he can continue his existing custody arrangements over his daughter Royalty.

Last month, Chris’ baby mama Nia Guzman,  filed a lawsuit to restrict his custody of their toddler daughter, alleging the singer was unfit to care for her without supervision and also his alleged drug use and affiliation with violent gangs.

However, a Los Angeles judge rejected Nia’s request in court on Tuesday so Chris will continue to have unmonitored 12 days a month with Royalty, TMZ.com reported.

  • This Nia is a thief oh. 16k dols? What is she training an army? That’s the problem with all these baby mama/papa shit girls see it as avenue to make money. Well I am happy the ruling was in his favor.

  • This baby mama thing is always business. The women usually place their own selfish gain before the child’s welfare. Imagine Nia

  • You want $16k per month from an unfit man that you don’t want to be close to his daughter? ain’t you a stupid dumb ass? Lazy ass girls like you think being a baby mama is a real work and a business venture. Go and work and see if you can earn 16k per year, go and open your legs for another celebrity, you don open shop.
