African Migrant Rescued at Sea Welcomes Baby Boy Aboard Rescue Ship

A pregnant woman, who is among the African migrants rescued from the Mediterranean sea few days ago has delivered a baby boy.

According to reports, the expectant woman went into labour aboard MSF Sea rescue ship, Aquarius and gave birth to a healthy baby boy yesterday, May 25, 2016.

The cute baby was named Alex by his father (pictured above on the left) after the ship’s captain (on the right).
