Watch: Man Proposes To Girlfriend at the Bottom Of the Ocean

Ulises Flores, a man from Florida, USA, has gone to great lengths to propose to his self-professed ‘shark lover’ and scuba enthusiast girlfriend, Cassie Jensen, at the bottom of the ocean.

The young man, according to Daily Mail, decided to pop the question to his girlfriend while scuba diving off the coast of Florida.

Surrounded by large sharks and endless smaller fish swimming around them, the couple knelt on the ocean floor and Flores held out a ring to his partner, who accepted it excitedly. The couple then removed their mouthpieces and sealed their engagement with a kiss underwater.

The romantic moment was filmed by a friend, and Jensen uploaded the video on Facebook with the caption, “Video tells a different story than a still photo, but both are special ways to remember such a momentous occasion.

“I am mesmerized by the video and can’t stop watching how the action unfolded. We will cherish both our photos and videos for our lifetime.”

The video has since received many comments, with a friend saying, “Wow! that was crazy!!!!!!!! I think the shark wanted your sparkly ring!!!”
