Yesterday, it was reported that pop star, Mariah Carey, has been dumped by her Australian billionaire businessman fiancé, James Packer, because of her ‘extravagant spending’ as well as a fall out over her new reality TV show, Mariah’s World. Fresh reports have now emerged, revealing more details.
Sources close Mariah told TMZ that, at Greece, James went crazy on one of her dancer-choreographer, Tanaka, who he suspected to be making moves on Mariah, and the tension boiled over in June at Mariah‘s show.
The report further revealed following a loud argument between the two men, Packer used his casino ties to get Tanaka banned from Caesar’s Palace, where the songstress has a residency.
However, according to Daily Mail, Mariah‘s spokesperson has denied the speculations, adding:
‘James is one of the most successful businessmen in the world. They are trying to work it out.
Right now, they’re not sure if they will stay together. They are discussing it, and plan to release an official statement together about their future.’
Meanwhile, the allegations made about Packer’s conduct on their Greece trip have also been branded ‘simply untrue’ by his camp.
Amid all the speculations, an insider told US Weekly Mariah felt her fiancé wasn’t present enough for her.
“James has not been present for her so she unfortunately couldn’t make it work and had to leave him.”
Packer was noticeably absent at Mariah‘s Halloween party over the weekend, where the songstress was seen posing for photos with her ex-husband, Nick Cannon, and their twins.
The businessman is reportedly allowing her keep the $10m diamond engagement ring he proposed with.
