Here’s another yummy recipe to treat your whole family to this weekend.
1 kg Spare Ribs
Salt and stock cubes to taste
Onions – 1 bulb
Marinate ribs with ginger-garlic paste and salt for 2 hours
Boil till its soft and drain
Toss in bbq sauce and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 250 degrees, and it’s ready!
