Yummy Treat: Square Ribs

Here’s another yummy recipe to treat your whole family to this weekend.

1 kg Spare Ribs
Ginger-garlic paste
Salt and stock cubes to taste
Onions – 1 bulb

Marinate ribs with ginger-garlic paste and salt for 2 hours
Boil till its soft and drain
Toss in bbq sauce and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 250 degrees, and it’s ready!

She graduated from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Washington in Rosslyn, Virginia with a degree in Culinary Arts Management and Hospitality and built Nylah’s Catering in 2009.
