Teen Mom to Face Life Imprisonment for Sexually Abusing her 3 Month Old Son
Jazmine Nichole Pacyga, 19, has been arrested for allegedly performing oral sex on her 3 month old son and producing child porn. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services filed a petition stating the baby’s home is not habitable due to “drunkenness and neglect” by his mom.
Michigan Live reports that Jazmine, admitted to performing oral sex on her 3-month-old baby which led to suspension of her parental rights. She has been arrested and put in prison on account of two felony charges.
She is charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct and manufacturing child sexually abusive material. She faces life in prison if convicted.
She is being charged as a second-time habitual offender because of a prior conviction for felony home invasion.
Her son has been placed in the custody of the Department of Health and Human Services. It is alleged that the assault occurred on the 5th of February 2017.
According to court records, efforts are underway to determine who the baby’s father is. Jazmine, was arraigned on the 7th of February and her bond was set at $200,000 cash or surety. Her first court appearance is scheduled for February 23 2017.
