Woman Arrested on her Way to Onitsha with 2 Children she Kidnapped in Makurdi
The Benue state police has arrested a woman who allegedly kidnapped two children in Makurdi, Benue state, with the aim of trafficking them to Onitsha.
According to a Facebook user, James Ornguga, who posted the photos online, the little boy and girl were kidnapped from their home in Makurdi and were being taken to Anambra state by the woman.
She was apprehended in Aliade on their way to Onitsha. Upon interrogation, the kidnapped children gave their father’s name as Sarwuan Zaki of Gbonko Church, around Modern Market, Makurdi.

The two kids and their abductor are in police custody in Aliade right now.

It’s a common thing in Onitsha environment, Kidnapping of children, I wonder what this inhuman act is meant for and when it will stop. Many caught where out of records. Government should tighten its policy against it.
