This Mum’s Story About Murder of Her Children & Her Miracle Baby Will Pull at Your Heart Strings

Erin Weaver who lives in Vallejo, California, innocently allowed Mark Fregia, the father of her deceased son, take her and her two children, Daelen, 2 and Devlin, 6, holiday shopping.  According to her, she had been in a very abusive relationship in the past and was facing a court date for domestic battery with the father of her children, which could send him to jail. After Mark picked them up, Erin said she quickly realized something was wrong.

He was driving in the opposite direction and ignored their questions. She asked her son to pass her the soda bottle underneath the car, as she had chosen to sit it out and be strong for her children. Unknown to her, the bottle was filled with gasoline, and Mark grabbed it and threw it on her and lit her on fire. Erin grabbed the steering wheel, causing the car to crash.

Erin’s children reportedly died of smoke inhalation. She woke up two and a half months later after being in a drug-induced coma with burns on 85 percent of her body. She was also legally blind in one eye. She always wanted to have children, but prayed that it happened before she clocked 40.

Inside Edition however reports that Erin’s prayers seem to have been answered 13 years later and a few weeks before her 40th birthday. She had Kealani Marie, with a man she started dating last year.

“Everything I have cried and prayed for for 12 years… My prayers were finally answered. I am so lucky to be her mom, She is going to know all about her brother and sister. I still always talk about them. So many days I cried over them and now she makes me smile at the end.”

Erin said little Kealani looks just like her older sister, Devlin, who would have been 20 last month.
