Dear MIMsters: After all I did for my husband, this is how he repays me.
I have been with my husband for the past 11 years but we got married legally 5 years ago. We have three children now. I have taken care of the house and kids all this while because things weren’t working for him but see how he repays me.
He recently got a job and everything changed, especially his attitude changed towards me. I thought it was one of those things so I ignored it. Little did I know that he had another girl and went as far as using his money to a place for her. I got to know that all those nights he’s not at home, he’s with her and this has been going on for a year now.
Shockingly, a week ago, he confessed to me that she is two months pregnant with his baby. As if that is not enough, he has also gone to see her parents to perform their wedding rites. He still wants to go ahead to marry her but he is begging me for forgiveness. I don’t know what to do now. I feel very hurt and cheated. He has realised his mistakes and is begging. Please advice me.. What should I do? How do I handle this?

Pls be calm and dont fight or quarel with him. My dear tell him it’s over between the two of you but for the sake of the children you will still remain in the marriage. This man is not sorry for what he did, he wants to be chopping from both sides and be enjoying polygamy which you must not accept. Tell him the he has to take care of you people too., he must pay your rent, housekeeping, school fees and other expenses in full and he must not default else you take him to court. If you married in court he is committing bigamy. You sit down with him and calculate how much he should give monthly.
Then you now start firing prayers into that relationship, that God should destroy it, turn them against each other, they will not have peace. Your husband will surely return to you in Jesus name.
