14 Things Women Should Stop Doing Before Turning Thirty

Turning thirty marks the dawn of a new beginning for every woman.

If you are about to celebrate this milestone, take note of some things we recommend you should stop doing before 30:

1. Worrying too much, either consciously or not, about the life goals you are supposed to have achieved by 30. Married? A mum?. Stop worrying, let life run its course.

2. Faking orgasms. Yes we said it, life is too short to pretend that you reached that “high”, when a simple conversation with your husband will have you on a totally different level, guiding him on the right way to please you.

3. Apologizing for the simple act of expressing your opinion or for things that are not your fault.

4. Continuing to give love and care to people who do not give it back.

5. Being afraid of saying “NO “. You have to learn to imbibe the word into your vocabulary. It keeps unnecessary drama away.

6. Not being daring enough to say “YES”. Don’t live the best years of your life in a shell. Learn to be adventurous and exciting.

7. Eating crap. You want that hot body, eat healthy. As they say, “a minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips”

8. Going ahead with a horrible date just out of politeness even though you know from the start that it’s not going to work out.

9. Hating your body. Work out, get moving, feel great… but don’t obsess. Not everyone will have an hourglass figure.

10. Being too critical of yourself.  There are enough people in the world to pull you down, do not start doing it to your self.

11. Trying to live up to the expectations of your parents, siblings, partners, or friends.

12. Staying with people who don’t enrich your life just because you’re afraid of being alone.

13. Comparing yourself to everyone around you. Yes, including people you follow on Instagram.

14. Forgetting about your parents. Call your parents. Ask them how they’re doing. Worry about them. It’s your turn to have the patience they always gave you.
