Rob Kardashian Facing Legal Trouble for Posting Nude Photos of Blac Chyna on Social Media
Blac Chyna’s lawyer, Walter Mosley, released a statement on July 5th, hours after Rob Kardashian, 30, shared explicit photos of Chyna on social media during the course of their explosive breakup (read here).
Mosley revealed they are ‘exploring all legal remedies’ against Rob.
The father of one shared several nude photographs of his ex-fiancee, Blac Chyna, as he accused her of cheating on him with eight men in less than a month.
But Rob’s Instagram meltdown may have broken California’s 2013 revenge porn laws where it is considered a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
”Revenge porn is illegal in CA and it certainly appears to me that Rob has violated this criminal law,” LA lawyer, Lisa Bloom told the New York Daily News.

But Chyna’s lawyer said he is already investigating potential legal action.
”I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” he said in a statement to PEOPLE on Wednesday evening.
”This is sort of the classic, quintessential revenge porn,” said Carrie Goldberg, attorney and founder of Internet abuse and sexual consent firm C. A. Goldberg, PLLC (she does not represent Chyna or Kardashian).
”Rob has made the work of a prosecutor or a victim’s attorney quite easy so far as to even post about the very motive behind his outrageous act of posting these private and nude photos of his ex.
”The allegation of infidelity does not give someone the right to seek revenge in such a devastating way,” she added.
As previously reported, early Wednesday morning, the Arthur George sock designer, took to Instagram to blast his 29-year-old ex fiancee in a series of posts. He alleged that she cheated on him and did drugs.
He also alleged that he paid her bills, bought her cars and even paid for her surgeries to get back in shape after the birth of their child.
He further claimed that she sent him a video kissing another man over the weekend. He also posted naked photos of her, including images of her genitals and butt.
Rob’s Instagram was however shut down following the incident, but he continued his rants on Twitter.
”We want to maintain a safe and supportive environment on Instagram, and we work quickly to remove reported content that violates our community guidelines,” an Instagram spokesperson said.
Chyna responded to the onslaught of messages in a since-deleted Snapchat post, alleging that Rob hit her.
The duo called off their engagement in February and are parents of 7-month-old daughter, Dream.
Chyna was previously engaged to the “Rack City” rapper, Tyga and the two share a 4-year-old son, King Cairo. After they split, Tyga went on to date Kardashian’s younger sister, Kylie Jenner.
