Two More Women and a Man Sue Usher for Infecting Them with Herpes

Singer Usher has found himself facing the prospect of another lawsuit as three more people have come forward claiming he exposed them to Herpes.

A suit is reportedly set to be filed on Monday by celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom. Bloom has revealed she’s planning to file the suit in California and will hold a news conference with one of the women appearing alongside her. The other woman and man plan to remain anonymous, appearing as Jane Doe and John Doe, the Mail Online reports.

Usher has already settled a lawsuit for $1.1 million in 2012 after a woman claimed she had been infected with the disease by him after having unprotected sexual intercourse.

The RnB superstar paid the hefty sum of £844,000 to settle a lawsuit brought by an unnamed woman.
The court documents shockingly reveal that Usher, real name Usher Raymond IV, was alleged to have knowingly given the woman the virus after telling her he was clean. The court documents say that Usher was diagnosed with the incurable condition between 2009-2010 and the sexual relationship is said to have taken place after this time.

The files also claim that plaintiff saw ‘greenish discharge’ from his penis but after the singer attended an appointment with a doctor he told her that it was nothing abnormal, so she continued the relationship.

The plaintiff was later diagnosed with herpes, complete with vaginal sores, fevers and chills.
The woman has not been named by Radar Online who found the files, but it is thought she is a celebrity stylist; the documents add that she ‘feels that her health and body have been ruined,’ and she ‘has suffered severe emotional distress and has been extremely depressed… knowing there is no cure.’
