Man Who Put Cocaine in Yam to Be Sent Abroad Has Been Caught | VIDEO

Recently a Nigerian man who was preparing to travel abroad discovered a substance believed to be cocaine inside the tubers of yam he was given to deliver to someone.

The man revealed that the drugs were inserted in the tubers of yam and covered with sand and he discovered this when he decided to wash off the excess mud on the yam.

Although he initially did not disclose the identity of the person who gave him the yam, reports from investigations reveal that the owner and sender of the item has been caught.

According to reports from PoliticsNGR, a footage of the young man who put cocaine in the yam tubers and gave an unsuspecting friend to convey it abroad for him has been obtained.

In the video obtained, the culprit, while being interrogated, apologised but what’s beyond shocking is that the traveller said he had never met the culprit before. This raises further questions.
