”Man.. pregnancy is hard,” she writes. ”Giving love to all mamas who make it look effortless… this journey is hard as hell and also incredibly special.

Lovely to have a little life inside and to day dream of all the new adventures to come buuuut almost impossible to get my own shoes on..sick of getting up 9 times a night to pee and looking at this weird body in the mirror that is not my own at the moment.

Women are so bad ass, this was just a note to remind myself and remind others how’s strong and beautiful you are! WE GOT THIS! ????❤????????????✨.”

In 12 hours, the post had racked up more than 840,000 likes as well as comments from moms saying how much they could relate.

One commenter wrote that she was pregnant and thanked Duff for the post because she “really needed and appreciated this message.”

Another wrote that she recently welcomed a girl and that she “couldn’t have said it better” than the way Duff expressed “how hard and wonderful this time is.”

“I am posting this on behalf of young girls, women, and mothers of all ages. I’m enjoying a vacation with my son after a long season of shooting and being away from him for weeks at a time over those months.

Since websites and magazines love to share ‘celeb flaws’ – well I have them! My body has given me the greatest gift of my life: Luca, 5 years ago. I’m turning 30 in September and my body is healthy and gets me where I need to go.

Ladies, lets be proud of what we’ve got and stop wasting precious time in the day wishing we were different, better, and unflawed.”

“You guys (you know who you are!) already know how to ruin a good time, and now you are body shamers as well.
#kissmyass ????✌????,” she wrote.
