See Ibukun Awosika’s Response To A Twitter User’s Impression On Females & The Future

Leading female corporate executive and businesswoman, Ibukun Abiodun Awosika, 55, has this response for a twitter user who claimed the future belongs to females.

The twitter user with handle Luba @SansHubris tweeted:

Nigerian Law School 2018 Class produced 116 1st Class students. 113 were women. The future is female.”

Awosika, who happens to be the first female chairperson of First Bank of Nigeria, and who likewise sits on the board of many organizations responded:

I truly hope the future is both. We don’t want to make the same mistake by just flipping the gender. We truly need both male and female working together to create a world that works for all of us.”
