Sharing his thoughts on marriage, Nigerian actor, IK Ogbonna, 35, opines that this generation must change its approach to marriage for the next generation’s sake.

The actor whose marriage is rumoured to be going through rough times posited that, people cannot continue to treat marriage like dating; that people cannot just up and go because they are no longer happy in their marriages.

He postulated that if you chose someone out of the over 7 billion people in the world, you must endeavour to always protect that person and make him/her happy; be his/her true support system. He concluded that most people get married believing a myth that it is a beautiful box full of things they have longed for such as companionship, intimacy, friendship, etc.
