It’s Hilarious How Twitter User, ‘Mrs D’ Met Her Husband

A young Nigerian mum took to Twitter to share on how she met her husband, and while she acknowledges that the circumstance of their meeting was odd, other online users believe it also makes for a hilarious one. The woman identified as ‘Mrs D’ on the micro-blogging app took to her handle @Dillyphiancee1 to tell her story after another user asked women on the app if they have been with men who told them to hide in cupboards because another woman was showing up unannounced.

Many women responded to that question but @Dillyphiancee1’s comment stood out. Read what she wrote below.

One time I was in my ex house and man was doing video call. The girl asked him to show him his new apartment. Me that was on the bed, man said I should go under duvet and not shake at all. I did it o. Man showed the girl his bed, duvet,everywhere while i was under crying.

Funny enough,after hiding,he asked me why I hide o say he was taking g to his aunt t in US. Man now said I should go to the market. I obeyed o. That was how I met my husband.

She apparently met her husband on her way to the market or at the market but she also revealed in a separate tweet that she discovered shortly after that awkward experience at his home that he was in fact a married man.
