The child dies, leaving the mother with feelings of brokenness, confusion, hurt and grief to say the very least.
Popular media personality, Tolulope Oniru-Demuren better known as Toolz has sent out words of comfort to bereaved parents who are going through infant loss.
In a post on her social media pages to mark the Infant Loss Awareness Month, the stunning mother-of-two assured them that they will get through it.
Recall that in 2017, Toolz and her husband, Captain Tunde Demuren experienced infant loss and today, the couple are blessed with two cute children.
Speaking from experience, Toolz added that though it might take months or years to get through the loss, but eventually the pain won’t sting so bad.
Toolz went further to pray to God to grant these bereaved parents, especially women, courage to get through it and also bless them with beautiful babies that will bring them immense joy.
”Giving a big virtual hug to any woman (couple) that has gone through or is going through a painful loss. You’ll get through it. It might take months, maybe years…but eventually the pain won’t sting so bad.
”May God give you the courage to get through it, and may He bless you with beautiful babies that bring you immense joy.
”To my lil Angel – you have 2 baby brothers now, and they have so much energy…keep watching over them. 🕊🕊
In 1988, US President Ronald Reagan declared October as a month to recognise the unique grief of bereaved parents in an effort to demonstrate support to the many families who have suffered such a tragic loss.
