A Year After Divorce, Filmmaker Yomi Black’s Ex-wife, Elizabeth John Says She’s Ready To Love Again, Lists The Qualities She Desires In A Man

Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Yomi Black’s ex-wife Elizabeth John has revealed that she is ready to love again.

This comes a year after her marriage to Yomi ended in 2021. In a post shared on her Instastories, October 10, the beautiful mum-of-one revealed all the qualities she desires in a man.

According to Elizabeth, she wants a man who is 40 and above. She also mentioned that the man who wants her heart and love should be God fearing and financially capable.

She wrote:

“Being single has been fun, insightful, growing and healing process / experience. I am grateful to God for all of it. A new chapter begins and I believe that I am ready for new and better…. A lil expo, God fearing and spiritually enlightened (for real × 2). 40 and above. Financially stable. Responsible career. Healthy self confidence and image. Super empathy.”

The marriage of the filmmaker and Elizabeth, an interior designer crashed last year after they got married in 2012.

Confirming the development last year, Elizabeth took to her Instagram to celebrate her freedom while thanking God for finally making her a free woman.

She thanked God for the good and bad times in the union while also hoping that God would send the right man to her at the right time. She said,

“Finally I’m a free woman. God, I’m grateful for the good times and bad times. Thank you for teaching me many lessons and thank you for I know you will send a good man at the right time.”

The single mom also shared one of the worst mistakes a person can make in his/her life. The former beauty queen advised folks not to give in to the pressure by society or others to rush into marriage.

She noted that marrying wrong is one of the worst mistakes a person can make in life.
