Celebrity Mum, Lala Kent Explains Why She Adds Breast Milk In Her Coffee

Reality TV star and former “Vanderpump Rules” cast member, Lala Kent, revealed her unconventional use of surplus breast milk during a recent appearance on Amanda Hirsch’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast.

Kent shared that she consumed approximately “10 ounces of breast milk” by adding it to her coffee instead of discarding it.

“I wasn’t about to dump it down the sink,” she explained, emphasizing her commitment to making use of the “liquid gold.”

Although Kent admitted she’s not deeply attached to breastfeeding, she jokingly referred to herself as a “good factory” for her daughters, 3-month-old Sosa and 3-year-old Ocean.

This isn’t the first time Kent has opted for breast milk as a coffee additive.
