Young Lady Laments About Her Father’s Terrible Parenting Style
A young woman, simply identified as Lady Raquel on X, has called out her father for being terrible at parenting.
The lady disclosed this in a tweet on her X account. She noted that while others might have been lucky with having amazing dads, she is not part of the lucky ones.
Lady Raquel stated that her father trained her to cater for her younger siblings and has continued to relinquish his fatherly duties, including providing for his children, to her.
She also revealed that her father battered her for refusing to get married at the age of 17, so he could use the money from her bride price to train her brothers.
According to her, her brothers got their misogynistic nature from their father.
She wrote,
“My dad isn’t a good dad. He trained me to cater for my siblings and continues to make it my duty to provide for them. I’m the one refusing to do it, as I was born like them.
“Also, he literally battered me for refusing to get married at 17 so he could use the bride price to train his sons.
“He’s a misogynist, that’s where my brothers got the one they’re practicing from.”
