‘It’s Unfair…’ -Product Designer, Tobi Calls Out Men As He Makes A Case For Married Women
A product designer @tobilistic on X has spoken out against men who expect their partners to do the things they also struggle to do for themselves.
Tobi pointed out that taking care of oneself is hard but it’s the mark of adulthood to do it.
However, he said it is unfair to now hand over those responsibilities -cooking, cleaning, market runs etc- to your spouse just because you are married to them.
He wrote:
“It’s so fucking hard to take care of yourself – cook, clean, market runs, etc., but you’ve to do it because you’re an adult.
“It’s unfair to offload all your burdens onto someone else (who’s got their own life as well) simply because you married them.”
