‘If You Want To Meet The Most Irresponsible, Heartless, Useless Men/Husbands, Visit Labour Or Gynae Wards’ – Nigerian Doctors Reveal As They Share Their Experiences

Nigerian medical doctors, @realbig_shak and @gbengaday, have shared their experiences with the most ‘useless, irresponsible, heartless and wicked’ men and husbands in labour and gynaecology wards in hospitals.

Sharing their heartbreaking experiences on X at the weekend, Dr. Gbenga recalled when a man divorced his wife after she developed pregnancy-related complications, and he had no money to cover the bills.

Surprisingly to him, the man went back to remarry her few months after delivery when she had fully recovered.

The other doctor, @realbig_shak also recalled when another man insisted that his wife, who was fighting for her life and needed an emergency C-section, be discharged so he could go and sleep.

According to Dr Ishak, the lady coded three times during the section, luckily they were able to save the baby and she was admitted to the ICU for a while.

To his surprise, the man never came to visit his woman and his baby until the day she was about to be discharged.

Below is how they shared their experiences…

“You want to meet the most irresponsible set of men ever? Just visit the labour or gynae ward in the hospital. That’s where you will find the most useless men and husbands.

I have seen so many heartless men but the height of it all was when a man divorced his wife because she developed pregnancy related complications and he had no money to cover the bills, only for him to remarry her few months following delivery when she had fully recovered.

The lady and her family too are definitely on crack and I’m not even sad for them.”
