Actress Biola Bayo Shockingly Announces End Of Her Marriage, Hints At Reason
Nollywood actress Biola Bayo saddened her fans after announcing that her marriage has ended.
The mother of one made the announcement on Tuesday afternoon in a post shared to celebrate her ex-husband’s special day.
In a heartfelt social media post celebrating her ex-husband’s birthday, she shared lovely pictures but also disclosed that they have been separated since April last year.
She added that both parties have been mature about the situation and are committed to co-parenting their son. Biola went on to hint at reasons for the marriage breakdown.
The show host emphasised that it is better to be alive to tell the story and asked her fans to pray for her and her ex-partner.
Biola revealed that while she spends her days making people happy, she often cries herself to sleep at night. She also shared that she draws strength from her faith in Christ, who loves her.
She urged her followers to be kind to others because everyone is fighting battles unseen.
Apologizing to her fans that might feel disappointed over her failed marriage, the movie star said:
“I’m sincerely sorry, I wished it worked but it’s better to stay alive to tell the story. Please keep us in your prayers.
“While I go about making other people happy in the day, my pillow is drenched with my own tears almost every night for the past 14 months but I gain strength from Christ who loves me eternally and gave himself for me.”
Biola got married to Oluseyi in April 2021. She previously got married to a UK-based man simply known as Ola in October 2012. Sadly, the union crashed in 2014.
