Daniel Ademinokan Drops Bombshell On Estranged Wife, Stella Damasus -Exposes Hidden Scars, Painful Divorce Secrets, And More

For the first time since their public split, renowned filmmaker, Daniel Ademinokan has come forward with a bold statement addressing his ex-wife, actress Stella Damasus.

After years of keeping quiet, Daniel who left actress, Doris Simeon and moved on to Stella, decided to set the record straight, responding to Stella’s repeated narratives about their crashed marriage.

In a series of posts on his Instagram story, Daniel who shares a son with Doris, called Stella out for claiming she found out about their divorce online.

Daniel challenged her claims, reminding her and the public that she was the one who initiated the legal split. He shared screenshots of an email Stella sent him asking for an address to send the divorce papers to.

In the lengthy online message that , Daniel revealed that despite being separated for five years and legally divorced for three, Stella allegedly continues to stir the waters by revisiting their past publicly.

He accused her of portraying herself as the victim while deliberately leaving out crucial truths — especially the fact that she herself filed for the divorce.

One of the most startling parts of Daniel’s revelation was the reason he gave for walking out of their home. He claimed the decision to leave was driven by a desperate need to protect both his mental health and the wellbeing of his son, hinting at a toxic and emotionally damaging environment.

Daniel mentioned a haunting image: a child wearing makeup to hide a scar before going to school. That, he said, was the final straw.

Daniel explained that his son suffered physical assault while he and Stella were married and that his son had to even conceal an injury with makeup when he was going to school.

Without delving too deep into specifics, he suggested the trauma was far beyond what the public could imagine. His words painted a chilling picture of a household under emotional siege — one that forced him to flee with his son in search of peace.

He said in parts,

“I usually don’t dignify nonsense with a response, but when silence gets mistaken for ignorance or guilt, it’s only fair to offer a quick 5-minute reality check. Today’s your lucky day”

In Daniel’s words, the decision to leave wasn’t some dramatic escape under the cover of night. He recounted how he packed his belongings, his son, and his peace of mind, and walked out the front door with Stella watching.

Despite the intensity of his words, Daniel’s message ended on a surprisingly calm note.

He pleaded with Stella to let him be and respect the silence he had offered her for years. According to him, he has embraced a quieter, more private lifestyle — one that no longer includes the chaos of his past relationships.

His appeal was not just for personal peace but also a boundary-setting moment. He emphasized that he had moved on and that Stella should too — not just for their sake, but to avoid dragging their past into a present that no longer involves them as a couple.

Recall that Daniel was once married to Stella, but the marriage fell apart in 2020 over irreconcilable differences. Ademinokan was said to have left their marriage and relocated to another state in the United States of America, where the couple lived.

A few months after their separation, Daniel, threw shade at Stella, stating that people should not be quick to listen to motivational speakers because the motivator might be the one who needs it more.

Stella, on her part, stated that she thought the man she married was her soulmate, who had a similar mindset and could do everything with her, but alas, she was served breakfast. Stella advised ladies to pay attention to red flags and avoid rushing into marriage.

Daniel, has since moved on and his now married. The filmmaker had gotten married for the third time to the love of his life, Tope Oshin, who is a movie director, in Houston, Texas in July, 2023.

 

Last year, the couple welcomed their first child. Daniel shared the good news on his Instagram page with a photo of his child’s hand. Though he didn’t reveal the child’s gender, he introduced him to the world as T.J Ademinokan.
