Yippeee! Nollywood star actress, Iyabo Ojo is a grandma!

Her daughter, Priscilla Ojo-Mkambala and her Tanzanian husband, singer Juma Jux Mkambala have welcomed their first child. The couple welcomed a son.

Confirming the joyful news via her Instagram page, Iyabo shared a photo of her and Priscilla in the labour room while carrying her newborn grandson.

She urged her fans and followers to say hello to the latest grandma as she revealed her grandson’s name as Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala.

“Say hello to the latest sexiest grandma in town, my grandson is the cutest @rakeem_mk!,” she wrote.

Just of recent, Iyabo and her colleague, Lola Alao, threw a surprise baby shower for Priscilla in Canada. On her Snapchat page, Priscilla shared clips from the baby shower.

During Priscilla’s baby shower, Iyabo rained heartfelt prayers on her, declaring that her marriage would work even though hers didn’t. Iyabo said she had paid the price for Priscilla to have a happy and long-lasting home.

While giving a speech at the shower, Iyabo revealed she didn’t want a baby shower for her daughter because she wanted to avoid social media brouhaha; however, she changed her mind because she believes God’s blessing shouldn’t be hidden.
