‘No Marriage Without Problems’ – Regina Daniel’s Brother Speaks Up Following Substance Abuse Allegations By Her Husband, Ned Nwoko
Sweezzy, the elder brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has dismissed allegations of drug abuse levelled against him by her husband, senator Ned Nwoko.
Reacting to the video on Sunday, October 19, senator Nwoko released a statement on his IG page claiming that the root cause of his problem with Regina is drug abuse.
Mr Nwoko attributed the recent tension to what he described as her “battle with drugs and alcohol abuse.” According to Nwoko, his efforts to help his wife seek professional treatment are always resisted.
The lawmaker further claimed that Sammy West, who purported to be Daniels’ brother, was in fact her drug supplier. He also denied the allegations of domestic violence.
In reaction to the statement, the older brother noted how there is no marriage without problems, but he decided not to speak up as there’s no perfect couple.
He made it known on his Instagram story, that his younger sister isn’t affiliated with any drug abuse or misuse and isn’t granting any interviews or trying to feed people on her timeline.
The actress’s brother noted that anything that goes up must come down and expressed gratitude to the public for their concern, which they don’t take for granted.

Similarly, another of her brothers, Sammy, who was seen in the viral clip protecting her, called out Ned for assaulting her.
He noted how people on the internet would mock his sister, however, he isn’t one who condones the beating of women.
Earlier this year, when Daniels made her return to Instagram after a marital drama, Sweezy threw shade at Ned, expressing gratitude to God that the road to success wasn’t in anyone’s father’s house as he praised Regina.
