Hollywood Star, Megan Fox Gets Real About Dealing With Postpartum ‘Brain Fog’ Seven Months After Welcoming 4th Child
American actress, Megan Fox is keeping it real about being just seven months postpartum.
Just of recent, Fox opened up about how tough life has been since welcoming her fourth child — a baby girl named Saga Blade.
Speaking during a panel at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures for the screening of her 2009 film Jennifer’s Body, the 39-year-old momma admitted she’s been struggling with postpartum brain fog and lack of sleep, Daily Mail reported.
She said:
“First of all, I just want to say I just had a baby, and I have a lot of brain fog. I haven’t slept in seven months. So if I repeat myself, I’m sorry — just interrupt me and tell me I’m off track.”
Fox, who gave birth to Saga in the spring, said motherhood has once again left her emotionally drained but also reflective.
The celebrity mum even linked her past role in Jennifer’s Body to how she once felt “sacrificed for someone else’s gain” early in her Hollywood career. She shared further:
“Before she becomes a monster, she’s a teenage girl that gets sacrificed for somebody else’s gain — that very much resonated because that’s kind of how I came into this industry.”
Saga is Fox’s only child with her former fiancé, singer Machine Gun Kelly.
Appearing on Today back in June, the singer explained the moving reason why he and Fox chose their daughter’s unique name.

“Her journey, the five years of her culmination of coming, disappearing, coming back again, disappearing, coming back again, she’s an epic story and that’s what Saga means,”
MGK said, seemingly referencing Fox’s experiences with pregnancy loss. He continued:
“I’m also of Norwegian heritage and so that’s a Nordic goddess of storytelling and I think she has a storytelling future ahead of her. Megan’s a great mom and just killing it and I’m so excited.”
Fox revealed that she suffered a miscarriage in her poetry book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.

Within months of getting engaged to MGK in 2022, the musician dedicated his Billboard Music Awards performance to their “unborn child.” He also seemingly references Fox’s pregnancy loss in his song “don’t let me go.”
Speaking to WWD in 2023, Fox revealed she that had an ectopic pregnancy years earlier.
“I’ve had other things that I’m not going to say because God forbid the world will be in an uproar. But I’ve been through other similar issues, but not with someone who I was so in love with,”
she said in reference to MGK.
Megan Fox is mom to four children — sons Noah, Bodhi, and Journey with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, and baby Saga with MGK.
