X-User Shares Her Experience Dating A Single Father While She Was A University Student
A woman has shared her experience dating a single father while in university.
Fifi explained that she was in 300-level and was with a single father who had custody of his son, automatically leading to her playing the role of a stepmother in the boy’s life.
According to her, she thought the relationship was heading somewhere good only for the man to tell her one day that he is getting back with his son’s mother.
She wrote on X:
“When I was in 300L, I was dating a single dad. For 4 months, I’d skip classes to drop his son off at school, pick him up too, help with homework, buy him whatever he wants, basically everything a stepmom would do. I was fully in it, thinking this was heading towards something serious.
“Then one day, while I was sitting in class. he called and told me his wife was moving back in and he ‘wouldn’t be needing my help anymore.’ Just like that. I never spoke to him again.”
