Watch: Obese Single Mum & Daughter Team Up To Lose 100 Pounds
Cheryl, 51 and her daughter, Tessa, 18, have struggled with losing weight for so long until they decided to do something about it. The mother and daughter team up and take the Giveit100 Challenge together. They dedicated 100 days to exercise and eating healthy.
Cheryl said, “My kids were worried about me because I’d gotten so heavy, I’m a single mom and they depend on me, I’m all they have. I’m definitely an emotional eater, and my daughter takes after me. I see it in the things she does. I don’t want her to have a lifetime of this. We’re sick of looking like this, and it’s time to get the weight off and work hard.”
After the 100 day challenge ends Cherly loses 42 pounds and daughter Tessa loses 32 for a combined total of 74 pounds. They’re encouraging each other to get back on track to lose 100 pounds. The two say they’re just getting started.
Watch as they encourage each other through challenging workouts and an occasional face off with chocolate donuts. Through it all, they seem to develop a stronger bond and have an incredibly fun time doing it!

Good luck to them. It makes a lot of sense because most times when you have someone to do something like losing weight together, it motivates the people involved
