Why Mum-Of-2, Toolz Is So Annoyed At Pastor Faith Oyedepo’s Testimony About Her Reversed Miscarriage

Media personality, Tolu Oniru-Demuren has revealed that Pastor Faith Oyedepo‘s testimony about a reversed miscarriage made her “annoyed”.

Pastor Faith who is married to Bishop David Oyedepo, recently caused a buzz on social media after she recounted how her husband reacted when she had a miscarriage scare while pregnant with their first son.

Pastor Faith revealed that she noticed she was bleeding while pregnant with her first son and when she told her husband about it, he boldly told her she can’t have a miscarriage and asked to be served his meal.

The mother of three and grandma who has been married to the clergyman for over 40 years, shared the testimony as a testament to the power of faith in God but it was not well received and has led to debates.

While some felt the clergyman should have been more compassionate towards his wife, instead of requesting for food, others felt otherwise.

However, Toolz who had experienced a miscarriage in the past, was also livid by the tweet and expressed her disapproval with Bishop Oyedepo’s reaction to his wife’s miscarriage scare.

The mother of two said the testimony made her angry and she warned other women not to risk their lives when pregnant in the name of faith.

According to her, the logical thing to do when bleeding during pregnancy is to go to a hospital, not cooking for anyone.

Her tweet reads:

“Pls don’t do this. If you’re bleeding from a possible miscarriage…go to hospital. Last thing you should be doing is making food for anyone.

I’m so annoyed! Nigeria has one of the worst maternal mortality rates in the world, and someone is here saying ignore bleeding during pregnancy and enter kitchen. 🙄
