Do you remember Ahmed Mohamed? The school kid who was arrested for bringing a clock he made to school, which was mistaken for a bomb. (Read here)
After he was released by the police, his story went viral causing him to receive invitations from notable people like the president of the United States, Barrack Obama, the owner of Facebook, Mark Zurkerberg, and Google.
The accolades it seems are still pouring in for 14-year-old Ahmed, who according to a photo posted on Twitter by Alia Salem, executive director of the Dallas Council on American-Islamic Relations, who has been supporting Ahmed in the last few days, was given plenty of gifts including a Surface Pro 3, a Microsoft Band, and a 3D printer.
