A mum, has warned parents not to allow anyone kiss their newborn baby on the mouth after her daughter, Brooke was diagnosed with blisters and harmful cold sores.
Claire Henderson witnessed her newborn daughter spend five days in the hospital which included 3 days on a drip and 2 days of observation.
To inform other parents, Claire shared this emotional message on her face book page
Claire added: ‘She was VERY lucky, all her tests came back clear. The moral of the story is DO NOT let anyone kiss your newborns mouth, even if they don’t look like they have a cold sore.’
