Goodluck Jonathan’s Cousin Reportedly Abducted in Bayelsa
Former President Goodluck Jonathan’s cousin who is the Bayelsa State commissioner for Local Government has reportedly been kidnapped less than 24 hours after four armed gunmen kidnapped the state Governor, Henry Seriake Dickson’s sister, Nancy Kemerovo Dickson and her sales girl in Yenagoa.
According to The Sun, investigations indicated that the woman, identified only as Mrs Otazi, was kidnapped in Ewoi community, Ogbia Local Government area of Bayelsa State by armed men. They were said to have stormed the community Sunday afternoon and abducted the victim.

A top security source said Mrs Otazi is Jonathan’s relative and that security operatives are already investigating the incident. The state’s Police Public Relations Officer, Mr Ansim Butwats, who confirmed the incident, however, said police are investigating the matter to confirm the victim’s identity.
