Yummy Treat: Crispy Samosa
By FC
So, I came up with this very tasty samosa recipe and my whole family really enjoyed it. It’s a good idea to have some quality bonding time baking it with your kids this Summer holiday.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tbsp yellow corn flour (optional)
1 tbsp corn rice flour (optional)
1 tbsp wheat germ (optional)
1 dl oil
Salt
Hot water (temperature should be such that you can put your hand in)

How to prepare
*Preheat oven 175°C
*Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
*Add oil and mix everything in a wet sandy texture
*Add water bit by bit until a thick dough is formed. It shouldn’t be sticky
*Take a little of the dough and flatten it with a rolling pin on a flat surface into a very thin sheet – paper light, to be precise (the colour of the surface should reflect through the flatten dough; that’s when you know it’s flat enough)
*Cut the sheet into four equal sizes
*Grease the edges of the sheet with water
*Fill it with a little of your desired filling
*Fold one side over the other, forming a cone. Press the edges together with your finger
*Seal the other end. Repeat process until done
*Bake in oven for 15 minutes or deep fry
Enjoy warm with some cool drink.
Yummy yummier yummiest. Thanks FC.

I tried some of your recipes after caculating the number of calories they contain per serving and saw that most were very low in calories.
I really liked your one pot soup very much thanks. I used dried fish instead of the sausage.
Most of your recipes are good and healthy and after trying them for a month, I lost 5.5kg without exercise and my friend suggested it to me.
Thanks motherhood magazine for this.
I just wish you could show the brand of some of your ingredience.
