Yummy Treat: Kale & Fruit Smoothie With Cookies

Give your kids this yummy and nutritious treat this Summer holiday.
Ingredients
1 dl chopped pineapple
3 Kale leaves (ribs and stems removed)
1 small banana
1/2 dl blueberry
1 small orange (peeled and chopped)
1/2 dl water
How to prepare
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Refrigerate and enjoy!
Note that you can also freeze all the ingredients before blending in order to get that cold and creamy consistence.
Enjoy with these crispy, tasty and easy-to-prepare cookies, rich in fiber and healthy fats.
Ingredients
4 dl oats
1 dl quinoa flour (or normal flour)
1 dl coconut flour
1 & 1/2 dl hazel nuts flour (crushed nuts) – optional
3 tbsp cocoa powder (raw cocoa with no sugar or milk added)
2 dl brown sugar (1 dl honey)
100 g butter (melted)
1 small overripe banana (mashed)
1 egg (medium size)
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
How to prepare
Preheat oven 200°C.
Mix all ingredients together evenly and mold to desired shapes. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cookies. Allow to cool so it can harden.
Serve with smoothie.
