Nigerian Girl Makes History By Winning 12 Out Of 15 Medical School Awards In Ghana
A medical student, Fathia Ayodele Kareem has just made herself, family and country proud by carting away 12 of the 15 awards from a Medical school in Ghana.
The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, School of Medical Sciences, KNUST, graduation witnessed a historic moment since its inception when a 25-year-old genius won 12 out of the 15 awards to students who distinguished themselves during their period of study.
Kareem, an alumnus of the Wesley Girls High School, shattered the initial record of 8 out of 15.
When asked if she expected to get the number of awards, the brainy student told Ultimate FM: “Yes and No. Yes because I worked hard by studying and no because I did not expect to receive these number of awards.”
