Baby Recipe: Potato & Peas Gravy

Here’s another yummy and nutritious baby recipe you can introduce from 12 months.
Mums with toddlers and older kids can also prepare and store in the freezer (for not longer than one month) for emergency and lazy days. I always have one or two baby food recipes stored for this purpose.
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes (cut into bits)
Some smoked salmon fish (or any other of choice)
11/2 dl green peas
1/2 dl light cooking cream/milk
Butter
1 tbsp Rice flour
1/2 tsp Seasoning to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dried dill
White pepper
Parsley
Salt (optional)
Water
How to prepare
*On medium heat, place a deep cooking pot filled with potatoes, butter, white pepper, seasoning, green peas and some water
*Cook until very soft. Add fish, dill, lemon juice, cooking cream and parsley
*Allow to cook for 5-7 minutes or until very mushy.
*Mix the rice flour with some water and pour it on the potatoes
*Stir and adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve warm.
