BABY RECIPE: Chicken & Vegetable Puree

Here’s another wholesome and nutritious puree recipe to excite your baby’s developing taste buds. Appropriate from 6 months.
Ingredients
50 g broccoli
3 tbsp butter
3 medium size carrot
2 dl green peas
300 g egg plant (cut into smaller pieces)
140 g cooked chicken/chicken sausage (cut into smaller pieces)

How to prepare
Peel and cut carrots into smaller pieces. Cook until tender. Add chicken/sausage and allow to cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, peas, egg plant and butter. Allow to cook until everything is soft. Blend the mixture into a soft past. Add extra water for desired consistency. Serve warm.
