BABY RECIPE: First Spaghetti

Here’s another yummy recipe to excite your baby’s taste buds. Appropriate from 12 months.
Ingredients
3 large tomatoes (blended)
150 g minced meat (cooked until really soft)
1 large onion (chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tspn oregano (dried)
200 g whole wheat pasta
3 tbsp tamo puree (organic)
2 medium size carrots (chopped and cooked)

How to prepare
*Break the pasta into tiny pieces and cook until the water begins to dry out (overcooked, preferably)
*Fry onions in oil until slightly soft. Add tomato puree, white pepper, carrot and garlic.
*Allow to cook for 5 minutes on medium heat and add tomatoes and meat.
*Let it cook on a medium heat until it begins to thicken.
*Add a little water and then add the oregano.
*Allow to cook for 5 minutes and stir in the pasta. Lower heat and let is simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
