Divorce: Khloe Kardashian And Estranged Hubby, Lamar Odom’s Marriage Officially Over

Khloé Kardashian, 32, and estranged husband, Lamar Odom, 36, have finally reached a settlement and signed off on their divorce.

The TV reality star and the retired NBA player reached a property settlement and signed legal documents that were filed on Friday, October 21.

TMZ learnt that:

”It’s been an on-again/off-again process. Khloe first filed for divorce in December 2013, but the divorce stagnated for almost 2 years while Khloe went back and forth, trying at times to save their relationship and save Lamar.

After Lamar ODd and almost died a year ago, Khloe dropped the divorce, but refiled this year after it became apparent to her Lamar would not swear off drugs and alcohol.

Under California law, she has to wait 6 months from the time of filing to get a sign off from the judge, which won’t happen until December.

But unless something radical happens, they will be single before the end of the year.”

Khloe has since been linked to Cleveland Cavaliers player, Tristan Thompson, 25, with a source telling Entertainment Tonight last month that they were ‘full-on dating.’ It was also reported that Khloe has moved some of her belongings into Tristan‘s home.

However, just two months on in their relationship, the lovebirds were faced with their first test as a couple after news broke that Tristan‘s ex-girlfriend, Jordan Craig aka Jordy C is pregnant with his first child.

Jordy C is due to give birth anytime soon.
