Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde Finally Stars In New Movie, “Alter Ego” After 3 Years.

Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde makes a resounding homecoming in the new movie Alter Ego. The movie which was produced by Moses Inwang‘s Sneeze Films is said to be released in 2017. It stars seasoned actors like Wale Ojo, Esther Eyibio, Bobby Obodo, Elvina Ibru among others.
The movie, true to its name, is based on a lady with Multiple personalities. She plays the role of Ada Igwe, who is a prostitute from the past, but in the present a lawyer. People and things keep coming back to haunt her from her past, as she fights the battle of the past and the present. In an interview with, HipTv, the stunning mother of 4 had this to say:
“For a very long time I couldn’t find a script that appealed to me. I got to a point in Nollywood and in film making where the more I went out of the country and mixed with my colleagues internationally, I began to understand how much people respected my brand and what they expected of me. It wasn’t easy, every year you have someone ask you ‘Omotola, are you not doing movies again?’ but I said to myself, ‘until I find that character that inspires me…’ and luckily, after 3 years, Alter Ego came along.”
