“When people walk away from you … let them go…” Singer Jodie Fuels Divorce Rumours
The marriage between singer, Jodie and her actor husband, David Nnaji, popularly known as Ifeanyi in the popular Nigerian Drama “Dear Mother” might currently be facing some challenges as rumors of a separation is currently trailing their union.
The couple, who had their traditional wedding on October 2015 in Delta State, allegedly parted ways some months ago, however; neither of them have officially informed the public so the veracity of the reports is still uncertain.
The “Kuchikuchi” singer added more fuel to the fiery rumours after she posted a quote by Bishop TD Jakes moments ago saying “When people walk away from you … let them go.”
“But guess the one person who’ll never ever walk away from you? Jesus Christ,” she added.
The mum of one has been spotted in recent times without her wedding ring and for a while now, has not put up any photo of her husband. She has only been sharing photos of herself and their son, Chinua, whom they welcomed in April 2016.
She celebrated Christmas and New Year without him in the pictures she shared online.
Also on David’s Instagram page, there is no single photo of his wife, not even the one he previously shared from their wedding.
Despite the fact that David refuted the divorce rumours in July, the pair has remained mum on the issue while seemingly leading separate lives.
