UPDATE: Police Arrests Secondary School Boys Who Raped their Classmates

Lagos state police commissioner, Fatai Owoseni, says the state police command has begun investigation into the molestation and rape of some secondary school girls from Ireti Grammer School by a group of male students from Falomo Senior High School Ikoyi on Wednesday. News sources shared that the Fatai who is currently on vacation, gave a firm affirmation claiming that his men would surely investigate the case, and the boys would not go unpunished.
The Zone 2 command in Onikan has also confirmed that they have apprehended four of the male students that openly molested female students. Their arrest was confirmed by the Zone 2 PPRO, Dolapo Badmos. He said the zone received the report of sexual harassment and that the AIG in charge of the Zone, AIG Adamu Ibrahim directed a discreet and full investigation into the matter.
According to Badmos, the investigation have so far yielded some impressive results as four of the suspects have been brought in for questioning with the assistance and cooperation of Lagos State ministry of youth development. The case is currently still under investigation.
