How Primary School Teacher Confessed To Using Pupils’ Blood for Unbelieveable Purposes in Ondo
Blessing Omowera, a primary school teacher in a private school in Ondo town, has been arrested over allegations of cutting her pupils’ nails, and deliberately injuring them in order to draw blood from the pupils for ritual purposes.
Vanguard learnt that the suspect reportedly kept the blood-soaked tissue she uses to clean their injuries inside her hand bag. One of the affected pupils, a three-year- old, reported the issue to her father, complaining about what the teacher did to her. The father was allegedly said to have confronted the accused on what she intended to do with the blood-stained tissue paper.
The Head Teacher of the school also received a complaint from the pupil’s father, before he lodged a complaint at the police station. Blessing was arrested, and after interrogation, she confessed and informed the police that another teacher, who was employed in another primary school in the same town introduced her into the business.
She reportedly confessed that she submits the blood-stained tissue and fingernails to the other teacher in exchange for cash. The said accomplice was arrested and denied the allegation. His lawyers and family members intervened mightily and he was said to have been granted bail, while the first teacher was detained. Police Spokesman in the state, Femi Joseph, confirmed the arrest of the suspects, adding that investigations were still ongoing.
Kids are no longer safe at home, outside and even in schools too. Ritual purpose? Smh.
