“There are bigger issues” Actress Nse Ikpe-Etim Shares Her Views on Homosexuality.
The Akwa Ibom born Nollywood actress Nse Ikpe-Etim says she does not have a problem with homosexuality and thinks there are bigger issues than homosexuality existence and also what she may like or not like.
The step mother of one, recently got married to her long time boyfriend Clifford Sule and according to her first boyfriend ever in 2013 and the pair have not had any child together since marriage.
“He’s a British Nigerian, a black British. His name is Clifford and he was my first boyfriend. We met about 21 years ago and got married later. Clifford and I live together, in the U.K, where he lectures in Computer Networking at Middlesex University a far cry from what I do.”
She got married to her childhood friend on February 14, 2013 at a Lagos registry. A traditional wedding ceremony followed in her hometown in Akwa Ibom State and Lagos State respectively, some months after the civil union.

She currently resides in London with her husband, a Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University who frequents Nigeria for film engagements. The actress only comes to Nigeria when she has to shoot and see her mother.
Clifford Sule allegedly has a son Jermaine Sule who is a teenager now and was birthed by another woman. He currently lives with his father and step mother Nse Ikpe in London too.

In a recent chat with Vanguard, when asked how she felt about the existence of gays and lesbians been a married woman, she said she did not have any issues with them as there are bigger issues than what she loves or does not love.
“I don’t have a problem with homosexuality. I think there’re bigger issues than who I love….”
The stunning actress who hosted the Africa Movies Academy Award (AMAA) this year said she loves acting and is no sure what else she would do or can do if not acting as she enjoys it and just living.

“The only thing I can tell you, is that I’m an actress. I enjoy cooking. And I like reading a lot. I’m not a big fan of television—which is rather strange, since I’m an actress. Then, I just live!”
